Nasscom Group Signed Deal with IESA and DITE to Aim at Digital India Campaign

This time, the Engineering Research and Development Council of Nasscom Group is focusing on designing of electronics and planning to work with an India-based organization known as IESA i.e. Indian Electronic and Semi-conductor Association of Bangalore and DITE i.e. Department of Information Technology and Electronics. The main aim of the Nasscom company to work with Indian firms is to enhance one among the nine different pillars of the innovative Digital India Programme launched by Narendra Modi in India.

Based on the signed deal, Indian government is expecting to bring the imports of various electronics systems into the country to zero by the year 2020. According to the data of the year 2009 import of electronic systems in the country highlighted as worth about 45billion. Nevertheless, Nasscom and Indian companies, along with Modi Government is expecting to achieve the value at approximately 400 billion dollars by 2020.

According to the Engineering in jabalpur, the newly formed CEO of Nasscom Company and the CEO cum founder of Cyient Limited, "We have selected to step forward by focusing on the electronics industry, as our company requires technical skills for accomplishment of our projects. Moreover, our member companies have received acknowledgement based on our embedded application software and consistent innovation to remain ourselves as best in our industry."

He added that all professionals of the Nasscom Company would coordinate with DITE and IESA in the attempt to build wide range of exclusive products, startups and large numbers of incubation centers. Reddy concluded by saying that India will have to concentrate on electronic hardware, as Digital India is now envisaging broadband highway to allow connection of 2.5 lakh villages and 22.5 lakh Gram Panchayat with the help of mobile and cellular phones.
